The Brewery
Both our, 1 Barrel & 5 Barrel brewing equipment, utilises a full mash system to produce a wide range
of beer styles.
Our original 1 Barrel brew plant will continue to be utilised to produce our unique speciality bottled
ales in small 200 litre batches. We have also installed more fermentation tanks, which will now make
production of up to six different speciality beers each week possible.
The new 5 Barrel brew plant is being used to expand our range of cask conditioned ales and to satisfy
the increasing demand for our beers from pubs and beer festivals countrywide.
